Situated in the stunning Bay of Plenty, the location is central to all the local attractions, a perfect base for exploring the area. the rooms were outstanding, with high-quality finishes and stunning views of Mt Manganui, the harbour, and islands. the hosts were welcoming and knowledgeable, providing us with a wealth of valuable information. the breakfast selection was exceptional, including homemade muesli and a range of cooked options. the added bonus of a spa on the deck made for a relaxing stay.
We encountered one minor inconvenience, with the stairs leading to the bathroom being narrow in one of the suites.

The view from our room was impressive, we could see the ocean and mountains in the distance. the breakfast was filling and delicious, with a variety of choices. We loved that the hotel was in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for a romantic escape.
The overall hotel experience was not up to our standards. the room was small and outdated.
